Please listen when i say do not rent from them! The other reviews were right to post their complaints. Don't rent through these people! Mrs. Brunilli herself is a heartless person and VERY rude! They don't care one cent about their tenets. They don't ever get things done when things go wrong; it took them 3 weeks to finally decide to want to get our dishwasher fixed. She always has a really bad attitude, when we first moved in she came to our home and harassed us about money when SHE was the one who set up the payment plan on top of the constant phone calls. MRS BRUNELLI IS A CROOK, A CHEAT, AND A SCAMMER!!!!! DO NOT do business with these people!!! We rented with them for 2 years, unfortunately. When my friend moved in the house, the roof was falling, there were marks on the walls, and the hallway bathroom didn't work. After asking them numerous times to come out, they responded with, "we'll fix it when you all leave." o_O. The guy who even cleaned our carpet said to us,"oh you're renting from Brunelli? The Cedar Creek Duplexes off Gumbranch is also owned by the woman who owns Ashley Park and Classics (the dress shop). When we moved in to the Duplex they held our mail key until we gave then our move in inspection and we found out that was against the law, they just wanted people to have less time to find things wrong with the place. I started having horrible allergy problems and thought it was mold, we lived in a duplex and the family that shared the other side with us had a large black mold stain on the wall, Brunelli sent... read more
