Bruneel Point S has always done a great job. I feel welcomed taken care of. The staff and mechanics answer my questions and always have a smile to share.
Came in to pick up my car after an alignment, came out with a cracked windshield. I couldn’t prove they did it or didn’t do it, but it did not go in like that. Had broken windshield’ shards of glass fresh on the windshield still. They would not own it. Nice guys, but be careful with your car. There priority is there money! Not your car!
Jake and Hayden got 4 of my work trucks new tires and did it fast and efficiently! There was a small bit of confusion on pricing at the beginning but these men are men of their word. They took care of us and I will definitely bring our other trucks here once they're due for work 🫡
If it was at possible to give this business, the Star location NO stars, I would do it. My daughters car was having issues and we took it over to be diagnosed. We were told that her transmission needed to be replaced. We were charged $150 for their “diagnostic” check and told us the transmission $3000. We decided to shop around for a better price and found a location in Nampa(Clark’s Transmission) that could do the work for less and provide a better warranty.
