Not the usual lady today and not a pleasant experience ( if a dentist can be pleasant) usually while scaling they do a bit then pause and this continues till it’s done allowing for small breaks to adjust mouth and swallow etc but not today. She started and did not stop, before she started she did say if it was uncomfortable for me to say but I just wanted to get it over with. Leeba did an excellent job performing a root canal treatment through a crown which was causing me pain when I bit down on it. It was quite a long procedure. I was nervous initially but Leeba put my mind at rest and talked me through every step of the treatment. I found her calming and confident at every stage of her work. She explained beforehand what was going to be done and afterwards showed me the X-rays of the completed work on the tooth. I always enjoyed this experience, which is odd as previous dentists have instilled fear from a traumatic childhood. I'm always made to feel at ease And confident in the treatment I receive will be at the highest standard. Most recent visit, Dr Chandrika completed two fillings on the front upper incisors. I can't even notice them, and my slightly chipped front teeth were levelled off perfectly! I now have an awesome smile. Once again thank you very much! Highly recommend Brundall dentist practise.
My son only goes here because it’s the only one I could find taking NHS patients. There is no interaction and he has his teeth counted then we leave. He is 11 and still has half his baby teeth. Our last appointment ran almost an hour behind and no one mentioned a thing. When I questioned it I was told ‘yeah I’ve tried messaging the dentist but he’s not answering me’. When we did go in his backside barely sat down before we were out again. Not happy but no other option.
Came too this practice after loss of a dental bridge. After first consultation followed by second appointment i am very pleased with the treatment I am now receiving. Friendly professional and helpful very happy 😊 X
