Cold, wet and closed. Supposed to be open one last bonus day on Saturday but this morning it was raining HARD in McCall, 15 minutes away.

I'm reluctant to share my wonderful experience at Brundage. I feel like it's the best kept secret ski mountain. It hasn't been commercialized and exploited like most of Skitown USA. It's "come as are" attitude lends itself to an enjoyable ski-focused experience. Leave the make-up, all matching latest season ski outfits and ego at home. Unbelievable snow and even better staff. Great beer selection and killer nachos. I hope it stays small and local. I'll continue to come here as long as I can ski.
