Getting in touch with the Pope would be easier than trying to get a phone call back from this company. We hired them 2 years ago and their work was never exceptional, but we tolerated it. Over the past year, things have fallen apart. They never show up when they say they will and rarely return emails or phone calls. It's frustrating and bad business practice. If you're considering using them for lawn services just remember that I warned you.
Spoke with Trevor about weekly lawn mowing service. Told him my concerns about his use of a commercial mower on my lawn that had sod laid one year ago. I was worried that the heavy vehicle would damage the lawn. Trevor assured me that his employees are experienced professionals and would not do any damage. 3 days after the scheduled date, they finally arrived. Trevor at Brunckhorst Brothers is extremely unethical and unprofessional. He sent me a text message on January 31st 2018 threatening to put a lien on my house for an invoice that he emailed me on January 30th 2018. I had only had the invoice in my possession for one day, it seems that his company is doing so poorly that he is attempting to strong arm his customers to get paid the next day.
customers beware!! i had the the unfortunate pleasure of hiring this company last season 2016 to do my lawn maintenance. after numerous calls of complaints about not edging, weed waking and leaving missed strips of grass in my lawn. not only did they not do a good job but they broke my fence with there mower . i talked to one of there employees the last time they mowed and had to ask them to edge and trim before they took off. only to find out they sprayed mud all over my house and classic car while they were edging. i calle... read more
Great lawn care. Very nice men. Thank you so much for taking care of my lawn. It's so hard for me or my husband to mow up and down those hills.
