Bruna’s team had cleaned my home multiple times but now have scratched my glass shower panels excessively and after weeks has decided she will not be doing anything to fully correct the issue. She denies accountability, lied about coming to my home to see it for herself, and anyone she does send here can’t communicate in English with me. She sent someone to polish it, but it didn’t help. Claims to be insured but won’t use it/said they denied this scenario because it’s “not considered damage”.
Would recommend them with 10 stars. Beautiful work, attention to detail and finishing touches. Smells amazing not like a cleaning product, smells clean.
