I rent a townhouse in Ramsey from Brummer Realty and its been a good experienc .Its a quiet neighborhood and the grounds are kept up nicely. They have been quick to have maintenance fix any issues we have had. I would definitely recommend renting from them!
I have lived at Brummer Realty townhomes for about seven years. This is the best place I have ever rented from. I have owned houses, townhomes and other areas in other states, and by far this company has been the best company I have ever rented from or I have ever worked with. I live at Plymouth Commons. No one enforces rules, but my biggest issue is pot smoking around me. It's illegal to smoke pot in an apartment community in Mn, but i smell it constantly, even with the windows closed. I can't open windows, i can't sit on my balcony because those below me and next to me do it all the time.. I don't thing they even work. It's starting to feel like a Section 8 place!
