They rent a property near us in Maple Grove mn. They do nothing to monitor proper maintenance of this property.
They don’t know how to manage their properties correctly. They use unlawful practices to raise rent, fail to give proper paperwork when lease is up(dates, money amounts, garage fees, other). They do not have an on site manager to contact if you have a problem with something in your apartment. Or otherwise. Hence there is also no one around to enforce the rules.
Not even sure where to start. Crystal doesn't answer the phone, nor does anyone else. You have a maintenance emergency? Too bad. You ask for something to be fixed upon move in? You wait months and months. Horrible. The most janky place I have ever lived in with half painted walls, mud and tape peeling off the walls. Things constantly break without being fixed in a timely manner, a washer that doesn't work for 3 weeks, yet no discount for the washer you pay for.
