Well organized, clean, friendly staff, professional and friendly doctors. I had to check my glasses with the recent prescription lately. I was accommodated though very short notice and even squeezed me in the schedule to be rechecked by my doctor for a new prescription. I have been with this office (Lakeside) for 3+ years now and always well treated.

I had a appointment yesterday 30 September 2020 to get my eyes examined for the first time in like 5 years. I think her name was Becky she tested my sight, she put that yellow stuff in to numb the eyes and she check my eyes pressure. Then Dr. Cleaver came in and did a more extensive exam looking deep into my eyes after dilating them. The over all experience was great. Thank you also to Shelley for helping me in choosing my frames and type lenses.
Great place friendly clean facility. Quality fabulously done . Overall want the best for your eyes and the health of the eyes.
The staff is friendly and helpful with my appointment and the optical people are great working with my picky choices.
I was referred to Brumm Eye Center by my Neurologist, who I love. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Dr. Brumm was very knowledgable about my particular condition, and I felt that his exam was thorough. He even pulled up images of recent scans I'd had done. I'm very happy with Brumm Eye Center.
Such a great staff, very professional and we felt they were very honest with us and not just trying to sell us glasses. We are so pleased we started going to BRUMM a few years ago.
They know how to treat people,I just had my 94 yr old mother in there and they treated her like a queen.
