He is a fantastic dentist, saved my life. He also has a way of explaining why it is that he is doing that is unparalleled. Wonderful personality, and (although he is not really....old) old school ability to solve problems without being too intrusive (if it still works, we will let that tooth of yours in, fix it and not fill your mouth with implants). I have had him for over 20 years and trust him 10000%. Has done wonders in tough situations in my case.
Dr. Brumm toughly explained every option and made sure I was doing what was best for me personally. His staff is very kind and have always made me feel welcomed. Dr. Brumm is a very honest doctor which can be hard to find these days, he doesn’t recommend unnecessary treatments and does exceptional work.
I am unhappy with my experience of having the work performed, the result of the work performed and the way the billing was handled. Dr. Brumm has a very rough technique, does unsatisfactory work and has questionable billing practices.
I have had a lot of dentists over the years, and Dr Brumm by far is the best. He is kind, patient and direct. He is incredibly competent and really puts his patients at ease. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Brumm is friendly and extremely competent. Appointments are always right on time. Issues that hadn't been addressed at my previous dentist even though I brought them up at every visit were handled right away by Dr. Brumm and the results are fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with him and his great staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Brumm's since I moved to Oro Valley twenty years ago. From my first visit I felt I had made a wise choice. He is competent; he takes the time to explain the procedure; he tells you the cost upfront if you ask and it doesn't vary. Most of his staff have been with him for years and I always feel that is a tribute to the doctor. Val, my hygienist, has been there since I became a patient and she is excellent.
Had cleaning and filling. Hygienist was rough and the doctor could not numb me right. Then he talks like a used car sales man and I could hear him arguing with the hygienist this last time I went. Very unprofessional!
The office staff is friendly and helpful. Questions were answered promptly. Every time I came in I was given a warm reception and they always remembered me. Dr. Brumm is very friendly and easy going. Exams were always smooth and relaxed.
I have seen Dr. Brumm for general cleanings and my daughter has seen him for both sealants and cleanings. Dr. Brumm as well as his entire staff are very pleasant and make both of us feel comfortable and relaxed any time we are there. I am very pleased to have found a dental office with these qualities.
