Mr. Brumley installed our AC in fall of 2018. Came over to install when he said he would on an evening call, paid upon completion, and had the install done quickly. No issues in the 1st 7 years.
We can't recommend a person who shows up and leaves the second you ask him to take of his shoes to go to the bedroom where the issue is. No we don't want business with a person who can't respect your personal space and that you are a clean household.
Had a quote from another AC company to fix our a/c and it was going to be $1200. I’m so glad my husband called Brumley. It was fixed right away and just a couple hundred. He cleaned the unit. He even showed me how to clean the unit due to all the cottonwood trees we have.
Watch out if you see them on the road. Called about them texting and driving and epresentative of the company was polite just keep an eye out if you see them driving.
Jim is the best at this stuff. Top quality service at a fair price. I wouldn’t use anyone else. You should seriously consider calling him.
