The customer service there is fantastic!!! Rachel worked hard over days to correct a situation and I couldn’t be happier and more thankful! Definitely appreciated very much. Will be ordering again from you! ❤️ My plants all arrived very quickly and healthy and very nicely packaged! They definitely work hard it make sure you are completely happy and satisfied! Very appreciative!
I have ordered from this site now twice and both times I was blown away with the quality and size of the plants I received. I've ordered from other places and ive received tiny clippings that look half dead but this place sends you beautiful full plants that come wrapped so nicely and you're not getting a tiny little scrap. I’m very happy with the plants I have received from Brumley and Bloom. I’m so excited to watch them grow. I’m always nervous ordering plants online and having them shipped but they do a great job. They’re absolutely beautiful you can tell they take very good care. They have plants I haven’t seen anywhere else and at good prices I want to buy them all!! They always respond if you have a question or an issue and offer solutions. I have ordered multiple and will continue. Thank you!!!!
I order a lot of plants online. This is the only online nursery (in the 10 years I’ve been ordering online) to send me dead plants and refuse to replace them or give a refund. There are great online nurseries. Brumley and Bloom is NOT one of them. I prefer businesses that value their customers and don’t try to screw them over for a few bucks.
