From my experience, I have been treated with courtesy and respect. Positively, I was walked through the process of getting my insurance contract by Itzanami. By being personable and diligent, she made my experience pleasant. Not only am I pleased with her character and conduct, but the rate I received for my insurance is decent as well. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.
This is my second year purchasing liability insurance through InsZone. Alfredo Enriquez was the customer service rep who helped me both times. I found him to be thorough, competent, friendly...along with possessing great follow through. I can always reach Alfredo with any questions I may have, either by phone or email.
