The young lady serving customers (thursday 23 April 17:50pm) does a very poor job of addressing customer needs. Her attitude makes it seem like she doesn’t care whether you leave happy or with your food served hot..
Have often gone to Brumby's and for a while now I have noticed a decline in the quality of food, portions, availability of food and service. My most recent purchase I found the food to be terrible.
Very disappointed. Maybe there is new management? I placed a special order (which I have done before) a couple of days prior to pick up, leaving name & contact details, only to find out when I arrived to pick up the order that for some reason the order couldn’t be made! Nobody phoned to let me know or explain & the manager just stayed out the back of the store & kept sending the young junior assistant back & forth with not much info. Have been purchasing the Vanilla slices from this store for the past few years. However of late they have become much smaller and quite scrappy looking but still the same price. Not too impressed I must say.
