Don't bother unless they know you... Week one, no call. Week two, a text. Week three, another text exchange. Week four, nothing. Week five, son who lives a block away looks at trees and gives quote over the phone. Agreement is made, but daddy likes to do the scheduling... Four weeks later, that's now 9 weeks just for a quote and booking, a 6:30am text "oh sorry, you SHOULD be on the schedule in two weeks". Brimbaugh was amazing. They are super busy for a reason. Skilled, professional, incredible price, and excellent at removing a tree and debris between two neighbors. Worth the wait.
I can say with other tree services in the area with better reviews I would sure be looking at using the other companies.
Over the last month I have called 4 times and have left 3 voicemails, they never called me back.
