Brumbaugh was initially quick to get back with me. They scheduled the appointment and I told them that a bucket truck was required. They did show up on the scheduled day, but no bucket truck so they could not preform the work I requested. I was told I would be rescheduled quickly and receive a message that day or the next. Three weeks later still waiting.... waste of time.
