She was so professional, but also down to earth. She really cares about the patients needs. Spent time with me, not just in and out in 5 minutes.
Dr. Brulte is amazing!! Not only is she a great doctor but was there for me during a difficult time in my life. She took time with me no matter what and never made me feel rushed. I hate that she is no longer with Family Care Partners.
I arrived at 9:30, as instructed, for my 10:00 am appointment. I had already filled out via computer my paperwork which I had them fax to me when I made the appointment. The front office has some confusion about insurance and authorization but I was taken to an exam room for my 10:00 appointment at 10:15. An assistant came in and told Dr. Brulte would be with me soon at 11:00 am. I said no thank you, had the front office credit my card for the co-pay and left.
