A good place to go. No wait, often. Clean and comfortable. Friendly, professional staff. Knowledgeable and good at the job. Quick with results - some come within 24 hours or less - depending when the lab tests are administer. More involved assays may take another day or two. You will receive results via your UCLA MyChart account.
I was at the Santa Clarita Tourney Road location today (1/23/2026) and it took about one hour and 30 minutes to get my blood drawn. It’s not fair to the patients and your techs that you have close multiple locations (Porter Ranch and Palmdale) and now have to wait 90 minutes for a draw at the SCV location. You should reopen walks in draws at Porter Ranch and out in the Palmdale area.
Don't use this lab. It won't send your info to your Medicare or secondary insurance company and you'll get nasty letters from billing department. Have called several times giving them my Medicare and anthem number and they still haven't given that info to the billing dept. Total incompetence here!!!
I love this place, it is the best for having blood work drawn for labs. At other places, for whatever reason, they have trouble getting blood from me, having to pierce me multiple times, which was starting to make me needle-phobic. No matter what phlebotomist I get at Panorama City, they all do it easily and always get it right away the first time. I don't feel it at all, they are done before I even know it's begun. When I first joined the wait line it said 20 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour and a half before I even got taken to the back. No one occupied the front desk, you just stare at a computer screen telling you “1 more minute” of waiting for 30 minutes.
