WOW VERY DISRESPECTFUL PAINTER I ASK HIM IF I COULD BARROW A BUCKET FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES. It is really sad when you park in a company's parking spot that is for their customers only to have an employee ask as soon as you pull up 'Can I help you ', I said no, dropping my car off next door, well next she says, you cannot park here, can't you read the sign... First, you cannot read the sign, because it is faded, second I had no problem moving my car, it was the way she TOLD me so, she should have asked respectfully, and her sign needs to be painted, clearly she wasn't busy, she stood outside till I moved my car, no ... read more
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I work for a large construction company procuring painting and drywall services for our large projects. I will NEVER look to source from or recommend this company based on the way I was treated. Improved customer service training or a simple shift in attitude could greatly enhance the overall experience for future customers.
