I spoke with a lady today who was very thoughtful. I can tell the people who work here care about their residents.
We are very thankful to Ruth. She is one of the better ones out there as far as landlords go and cares about her tenants. The apartment was great for the year I lived there when I needed a place up until we got our home. Thank you Ruth
I can’t begin to tell how thankful I am for Ruth. She was incredibly helpful when we were trying to move up from the lower 48 and get our start in Anchorage. She is kind, reasonable, and genuinely cares for her tenants. The apartments are reasonably priced for Anchorage and within a good driving distance of most everything. I cannot recommend this place enough for someone looking to move to Anchorage.
