Mr Brugger returned my call the day after I contacted him on a Sunday through voicemail. He was very prompt and showed up when promised. Unfortunately my heat pump was too old to repair or get parts for and needed replacement. I did think $100 was a little high for an evaluation but that may be the going rate for this area.
I can't say enough about Gene. He's taken care of my family from the beginning. We started with an installation and we still have the same unit that we bought 15 years ago. Outstanding at standing behind their work. Thanks guys.
