Cute and warm spot across of a park. The fry sauces were to die for, and the waffles crisp and hearty...absolutely DELICIOUS!!! My recommendation, though, would be to make sure you go BEFORE it gets dark...apparently there's a homeless soup kitchen (of sorts) at the end of that park across the street, and there get to be a lot of people begging and acting wack on the streets outside. I would go again in the daylight, though, for sure!!
