was seen at Sunnybrook location....staff wonderful except for Potential HIPA violation checking in with clipboard signing in with other pt names on board. her staff very pleasant and professional. receptionist even aplogizing upon my leaving knowing I was upset. Dr Bruening very rude and unprofessional. She apparently did not like what the time slot and what my visit was, therefore scolding me. very short with her answers. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes. Doctor was extremely nice and apologetic but secretary was taking a personal call as I left and was not flexible in scheduling further appointments. Nurse did not know what I was being referred for even though notes were sent from my doctor. I would recommend the doctor but the office staff and nurses should be retrained.

They have the best nurses so nice. Dr Brurning is always professional. I always feel welcome and very well taken care of.
I would not recommend this clinic. I have never seen a nurse tell another nurse she made a mistake while being with a patient. Then a doctor state that a nurse made a mistake with a child’s eyes and this new nurse needed to talk to that nurse. All of this while we were in the same room. When the doctor was rude to us and said we could leave if we wanted. We left. Will never return. My three year old daughter is so scared of doctors after this experience.
5 stars is not a high enough rating for this place they are simply amazing. I had my lasik done here! They are super professional and are very nice people to keep conversations with to help make process go smooth. The day after lasik I have 20:15 vision. Couldn’t be happier. The procedure was also very affordable!
