I wish I could give this review NO STARS but, Oh Well!!! Looks like you've LOST another LOYAL customer!!! I visit this location at least once a day or every other day. Today when I asked for my usual Large Chai, the cashier started looking for covers. I noticed that what he had done was pour a extremely large chai into a large cold cup and cold cover.
