I love Brueggers and I went the other week for a breakfast sandwich and was given a bagel with cream cheese, probably someone elses order. So this means I was given something that was much cheaper than what I paid. I understand fully that mistakes are made and I wasn’t too upset, I called and they agreed to just send some coupons. I just got them in the mail and the all expired three years ago and now I have no way to prove I am not lying about getting the wrong order because its been weeks.
