If you want to get ripped off please come here. I don’t usually go to this location and for a reason. They have made my order wrong, been super rude almost every time, and now this. Every other location I have been to doesn’t charge extra for substitutions. Whoever I spoke with, didn’t know how to do modifications and proceeded to charge me extra for it. I ordered doordash this AM, all I can taste is burnt seasonings in my mouth. I’ve never had a twice baked hashbrown show up in the shape of a flat pancake. Overall a complete waste of money. I’m not one who enjoys to complain, but it was a waste of money… I’ve had really good service here coming in at 6:30 in the morning and bringing bagels to the hospital I used to work at. Was great Bagel
Will not be going back. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. Honestly, better than any other fast food breakfast place (McDonald's, Burger, etc). Here's my problem: I ordered a sandwich and the total came to around $7. Would you like to know what my options were for a tip? $1, $2, $3 and $0. $3 on a $7 sandwich?!?!?! Why is that even an option? I'm done with your company.
