A business is only as reputable as it's employees, today's gentleman was so far from professional or courteous that I'm not at all surprised to open the wrong sandwich. I asked for a plain bagel with my farmhouse meal, this is far from a plain bagel. I was not offered a receipt or even asked my name by said cashier, my 10 min wait ended with a bag folded over & pushed my way. No 'thank you' or even 'have a good day'! Been coming to this location for many years. Here recently the order process has changed. Definitely not convenient for the layout of the restaurant. But not a major issue. Just makes viewing the available bagels very difficult. There issue is how unhappy the staff is. Everything we asked was an inconvenience to the lady working the register.
