This location has become one of my favorite places in Cary. Not only can you get a good bagel, Jen, Kat and the gang know who I am and greet me with a smile and a laugh every time I come. In a world where customer service is spotty, I know my experience here is going to be five star.
Tasty bagels with veggies but service is a b8t slow such that the toasted bagels are cold
We had bagels with cream cheese and they tasted terrible. The cream cheese didn’t taste the same as previous times. Hopefully they didn’t change the source. Also the herby turkey sandwich didn’t have the sun dried tomato paste.
I wanted to like this place because the staff were genuinely very kind and welcoming, and the service itself was friendly from start to finish. Unfortunately, my experience with the food and cleanliness was disappointing. I ordered the smoked salmon bagel, and later became sick with what seemed like food poisoning, which made the visit very concerning.
