This location has really improved since a couple years ago. Much cleaner, very efficient and friendly staff. Maybe new management/ownership but whatever the reason, it's a pleasure to visit.

The staff are all excellent in their work and very friendly. A very positive place to enjoy delicious food and coffee and time with friends. The location is always clean and the various sandwiches are always Awesome! Jenn and her crew are the Best!!!
I had a frustrating experience at this location. The cashier(lady) taking orders was unhelpful and made no effort to assist with recommendations or suggest alternatives. .. I inquired about using my rewards, but was told they don’t accept them for in-person orders — which seems unreasonable. I ordered a jalapeño bagel, but was told it wasn’t available.
