This has been my go to Bruegger’s location for the past 20 years, but it has gone downhill fast over the last year. I recently just switched to a different location after my last few orders here were wrong, including not getting toppings I paid extra for. The worst part is that no matter what day or time you call the store no one answers the phone. You proceed to fill out an online survey asking for a call or email back, and they continue to disappoint! Would not recommend this location.
they put a good amount of cream cheese on your bagel! and they are really nice
The cashier was barely awake, or high. We were told to pick bagels from a tiny print out list, multiple of which we were then told were out of stock…. What a disappointment.
Usually my favorite bagel chain for over 30 years, this location was disappointing. It was practically empty with only two customers who already placed their orders and I asked to review bagel options on the shelf instead of on the placard, which I was right to do since they were out of two my my top choices. The entire staff froze then walked to the back unable to be flexible. Then the cashier proceeded to take a new customer and ask me to go tot back of the line which was no three people.
