Usually my favorite bagel chain for over 30 years, this location was disappointing. It was practically empty with only two customers who already placed their orders and I asked to review bagel options on the shelf instead of on the placard, which I was right to do since they were out of two my my top choices. The entire staff froze then walked to the back unable to be flexible. Then the cashier proceeded to take a new customer and ask me to go tot back of the line which was no three people. Lovely Staff, I'm grateful for the service I rec'd today. I have a special order for bagel and thanks to my server and cashier who I did not catch their names ( sorry) was courtesy to me & gave quality service. Thank you so kindly,
UPDATE: I went back to Bruegger’s and ordered the same thing as I normally do. The “manager” was so focused on chatting with her employee rather than paying attention to what she was doing. The cashier rang my order up correctly. I ordered a salmon sandwich on an Asiago Parmesan bagel. She gave me a plain. Also refused to slice my bagel saying “this is no longer standard”.
