I have had numerous occasions of the manager refusing to cut my bagel sandwich in half- I asked corporate about this “new standard” and they never got back to me. I was met with crickets. I last went to this location on August 17 and I have stopped because of the lack of care for sandwich presentation. Attached are photos from when I got the sandwich. Current crew as of September 2025 is doing a rockstar job.
This has been my go to Bruegger’s location for the past 20 years, but it has gone downhill fast over the last year. I recently just switched to a different location after my last few orders here were wrong, including not getting toppings I paid extra for. The worst part is that no matter what day or time you call the store no one answers the phone. You proceed to fill out an online survey asking for a call or email back, and they continue to disappoint! Would not recommend this location.
they put a good amount of cream cheese on your bagel! and they are really nice
The cashier was barely awake, or high. We were told to pick bagels from a tiny print out list, multiple of which we were then told were out of stock…. What a disappointment.
