Ordered ahead on the mobile app on Saturday 4/11/26 on our way out of town to a soccer tournament an hour away. We skipped breakfast at home (we live 20 minutes away) thinking we'd stop for bagels and coffee on the way. The app let us place our order and pay, but when we arrived at the store there was a sign on the door that they were closed unexpectedly (but I feel the app should not have let us place the order, or mark it as complete if the store was not open). Fantastic staff, always very friendly and the provide excellent service! I love their iced coffee, and they have a phenomenal selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads to chose from. 10/10 recommend.
I go everyday for coffee and breakfast. Great food and great service, highly recommend!
I ordered and paid online on 4/11 for a few bagels, but the store wasn't open at all (same for the next few days). Tried calling and wasn't able to talk to a human. There were no explanation on the door. This seems like very poor coordination and I'd probably never order online from them again.
