This is one of the worst establishments I've ever visited. I usually try not to base my opinion on one negative experience. Unfortunately, I've given Bruegger's in Lexington three chances and will never return. Food is ok, service is deplorable. Customer service doesn't exist here and I'm sorry, but waiting 45 minutes for 2 bagels after ordering ahead online is unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, I was then told that one of the bagels were out of stock. All and all, I wasted at least an hour to get a bagel with cream chee... read more
