Excellent customer service
My department ordered multiple things from this specific store (WILLOUGBY), only to find out multiple things were missing. The items we ordered were wrong AND the items that were supposed to come on our sandwich were not what we ordered! I understand some things they may have been out of, but this is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money at this location! The mentor Ohio location is always stocked and fresh. What a SHAME!
Food was great. Had the Smoked Salmon bagel sandwich and loved it. Well filled for the price, everything tasted fresh, and the quality was very good. Will for sure come back again, especially for this sandwich. Staff was also very friendly and fast.
At 8 am on a Tuesday morning, I was in and out in 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and made sure to let me know what was available and what wasn't. The smell in my vehicle was horrifically wonderful as I just wanted to rip into them driving down the road. The taste was excellent as well. The price was much better than other places, which makes me wonder, especially about Einstein, as they are owned by the same conglomerate. Hmmm ...
