I love the stores atmosphere it’s so welcoming and friendly and they remember regulars they make me and my friends feel like home
The bagels are always so soft and airy the sandwich’s are so good on them
VERY friendly environment low stress and the food is so good it scratches an itch in my brain everytime

I pre-ordered online for a large pickup (2 days ahead), to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived we noticed the chairs were already on the tables to signify they were closing soon (over 1.5 hours before closing time). There were a handful of people standing uncomfortablly waiting for their orders, because the chairs were not down.
