I didn't tip because it took 5 minutes for her to place my order. My pet peeve is when an employee ignores you completely before they are ready to wait on you. At least acknowledge I'm there,and tell me you'll be with me shortly. Without the tip, the girl rushed my bagel, didn't put the normal amount of cream cheese on it and didn't cut it. 1% chance I return to this location.
I had gotten a western bagel with a scrambled egg and requested it to be a yellow egg. They failed to do that and I was upset. It shouldn’t be hard to do that. I cannot have white eggs. Asked for refund and got it. They offered to make a new bagel sandwich too then the lady said I can’t have both so I walked out. Never again will I order from there.
