This place is very confusing as the other reviews reflect. These bagels and sandwiches are so good, but my husband tried to order online after night shift and it wasn’t working to order online and said to walk in. He went to the store to do a walk in order and the sign on the door says no walk ins - only online orders. He went in to tell the guy working that the online system wasn’t working. This reason for the review is the bagels are awful it made me vomit and choke please do a better job on toasting your bagels it also got me sick when I was there also the bagel got trapped in my esophagus am I esophagus and my lungs and my belly rejected your bagels so as the star reveal judge as I am I have to say one star for the food the service is good atmospheres good but for the bagels I have to say one star I don't want to be mean I'm just saying I don't want anybody in the reviews I don't want to start panicking war ... read more
I watched the staff crack raw eggs and then proceeded to grab bagels without washing or changing gloves. Health code violation! Extremely slow customer service too.
