Manager is great! Employees well trained in my opinion. Food is always spot on. Just need to make sure bagels are cut in half..
There’s a reason this place has a very low rating, go to any other Bruegger’s. This place is the worst, service is incredibly slow and inconsistent. Most of the time I don’t get what I order and it’s very very long in coming. Responding to ownerships response: you don’t care. If you can’t make 48 bagels in an hour and a half, you shouldn’t be making bagels, or you should remove that option for pickup from your website.
