There’s a reason this place has a very low rating, go to any other Bruegger’s. This place is the worst, service is incredibly slow and inconsistent. Most of the time I don’t get what I order and it’s very very long in coming. Responding to ownerships response: you don’t care. If you can’t make 48 bagels in an hour and a half, you shouldn’t be making bagels, or you should remove that option for pickup from your website. Bruggers is always amazing, great service, great staff and amazing sandwiches!
My husband and I throughly enjoyed our freshly made bagel breakfast sandwiches! We both had egg, sausage, and cheese sandwiches, perfectly toasted on a plain and Asiago Parmesan bagel. We will definitely be back!
