Our order for a large group was rather late and missing two coffee canteens. I've had good experiences in the past and I love their bagels, but this was bad.
Love this Bruegger's location - the staff is super friendly and the Bagels are the best....not all Bruegger's bagels are as good as this location. I stop almost every Saturday for my 1/2 dozen with a tub of cream chesse and make bagel sandwiches when I get home.
Tried it three times, only once did something not go wrong. Either not getting what I ordered or workers chatting with customers doing nothing while the line grows out the door.
