The staff are always very kind and accommodate my food allergy effectively. The food always tastes fresh and is well made.
First time eating at a Bruegger’s in a long time, now I remember why. Watched a gentleman in the back take frozen bagels out of a box and prepare an order. Always thought they had fresh bagels!! Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, after a 15 min ride the bagel was hard as a rock, tried reheating it but it was no use. Will because last time I visit a Brueggers. They used to be the best around, now just frozen garbage like the market sells.
Pre ordered on the app. Walk in 15minutes later, hot and ready to go.
They are always backed up, food takes forever. Every single time I order from here there’s an issue. I never got my food so there are no photos
