They never cut the bagel when you ask. Their attitudes are very rude every time.
Slowest restaurant I've ever been to. You could make bagels from scratch faster than they serve you.
I've been coming here for at least 20 years. It's been a couple of years since I've been here and I will not be back. The place is really dirty. Food all over the floor behind the counter, dust trails hanging from the vents, eating area floor a mess, walls and windows dirty, and I watched a staff making bagles without any gloves. I was just here and i am very disappointed there was 3 staff member in the kitchen just standing around. When i did finally get my bagel there was barely any sauce, a strip of bacon and my cheese was FULLY cold and not melted. Disappointing would be a understatement,the staff are slow moving and when they finally do decide to work they give you half ass bagels.
