This is an absolute disrespect to me as a customer and a disgrace from the company. How on earth could someone think this is a bagel with cream. Darn near can’t even see the cream cheese. Just wasted money & I’d like a free bagel or 2 in return.

On 9/27/25-- the food itself is five stars , and I think the employees have improved from a year ago and are very helpful, but I have to give a two star review because their prices are higher than average. I went to Bruegger's today and ordered a Herbie Turkey. The sign said $7.99, but the register said I owed about $10.60 or $10.70 or so. I know taxes aren't that high.
