Ordered 2 bakers dozen. One with 7 pumpernickel 3 sesame 3 poppy. The second 7 pumpernickel and 6 Asiago. The first dozen was correct the second however I received 6 Asiago and three pumpernickel and four plain which I did not order. Additionally I specified unsliced, and all were sliced. Stoic, indifferent staff. Inept service. Might Give Barry's money from now on.
Food is okay but they either need more staff working or better way to get the food out. I literally just got two bagels with cream cheese and I waited 35 minutes. It’d be fine if it was a bagel that had to be cooked with like egg or something or if it had even taken 20 min but 35minutes to toast a bagel and throw cream cheese on it. really? Best bagels around.
My review is only lowered by their hours. The best bagels in Cleveland but they make it hard to enjoy them with their limited hours especially for those of us who work. It would be great if they could stay open till 6 at least a couple days a week and on weekends.
