When you walk in it’s not clear where to order. I was ignored for about 10 minutes until I went to the register where I was told I had to go wait where I had been waiting for 10 minutes except now there were five more people waiting. Food wasn’t worth the aggravation.
Honestly was kinda let down with this spot. It was like a understocked Panera but quality of ingredients was kinda inconsistent. I got a veggie sandwich, the tomato was old and it seemed like a very bare minimum sandwich. They were out of bagels other than a cheese or cinnamon sugar one. I’d skip this spot and just go to Panera or Einstein next time.
Ariana served me a few minutes before closing with a smile on her face. Great customer service , even at checkout! Highly recommend if you’re a visitor !
