Always friendly and fast service
I loved coming here for 10 years or so, but went back on a Sunday and the manager was very rude and dismissive. I understand that you are a franchise and owned separately from the chain, but you should still honor the app rewards and preorder rewards. Or at least acknowledge that this is a bad customer experience!
