I came here the day after halloween 2025 & it was so bad over an hour wait times for a bagel and cream cheese, got an expired coupon from 2024 from the experience, whatever it happens. today was my first day back LOL and i got a bacon egg and cheese WITH cream cheese. as im waiting for my sandwich, she asks me what kind of cream cheese i wanted on it again so i tell her, im like yes my sandwich, so excited. I’ve always loved this restaurant! Perfect bagels! Great employees I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here!
Great location, great service. I should have paid more attention to what I was ordering, it was a little saucy. I did order it skinny which took a lot of the bulk of the bagel out. These days I look for something that has a balance of greens in it.
Do NOT use order ahead. The wait can be 45+minutes. Walk-ins get there food faster . If you do order ahead, check your order before you leave. The workers are trying very hard though. Hire more workers! And pay them better. Bagels are still awesome.
Such lovely people running this place. I mean, where else can you find a warm, fresh, breakfast at 7am in NE Mpls? And with a positive attitude. Doing the hard work, and I appreciated it.
