My to go order was wrong. Asked for not toasted and it was toasted.
Avery was very rude. Didn't acknowledge us and rolled her eyes at us despite us being deferential. I and my partner both work in customer service and through all of our bad days we've never treated someone the way she treated us.
My partner and I went in this afternoon some bagels. We were not greeted, and the cashier Avery did not acknowledge us. She side-eyed us and took a little to get out other people's orders. No issue there, but when she did take our order she was so rude. She rolled her eyes at us multiple times, and when we paid, she snatched her hand back after handing me the receipt. Some of the worst customer service here. The only saving grace was the blue haired employee who actually packed my food and wished me a good day.
04/13/2026. The lady working at the reception was rude enough and even could not take morning greetings and even respond to my breakfast order. Please ensure she doesn’t bring off-work stress at the business premises.
