I just want to thank Carmen and her team for the great customer service. This location is always maintained clean and always welcoming.
I’ve been craving for a bagel for quite some time. I got to Brueggers at 11:15am and left at 11:45. I had to eat my sandwich on the go in my car because of the long service time. Also watched a girl who was blonde with long braided hair with a green shirt making the “order aheads” turn around on the line, take her glove off, pick her nose and put gloves back on. Hand sanitation should be a top priority!! So gross and unacceptable. It’s definitely not what it used to be.
This place should not have closed
It seems like this location is under new management and it shows. They finally are using the dining room, and you can tell that the staff actually cares now. I got a dozen bagels but the box ripped right as I went outside. I was late for a work meeting, and without question the staff replaced them. They turned my morning around, as well as my opinion on this location.
