The first time I went to this location I ordered a Five cheese gourmet bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. It was ok but would’ve been better if the guy would’ve warmed it up like asked. He was very rude to begin with. I understand it’s 6 in the morning and he may have been tired but good customer service should be the first priority. Love the bagels. Was excited to see. Brueggers right across from my hotel. You better believe I dipped out at lunch to go get a sandwich! I grew up in New England and while these aren’t New York bagels, they sure are up there
