The parking here is terrible—you basically have to be a local to walk up to this bagel shop. I worked with Cato and Neyda, and both were extremely rude. Neither acknowledged me when I arrived. Even though I was clearly there first, they ignored me and chose to serve the people who came after me. Cato was the worst offender. She saw me standing there first but decided to help others just because they happened to be on the “right” side of the line. The ladies who are working here is very rude and not helpful at all… they’re acting like are favoring or giving us free food that’s soooooo annoying and bad experience also.. please, if you are busy, then hire more people or replaced the employees
