Just now went to pick up a few bagels. Five employees behind the counter and only a couple gents in front of me. When it finally got to my turn 3 of 5 employees decided to mill around and piddle their other duties for more than 5 minutes even after acknowledging my presence. Wow these people don't get customer service. I told the cashier wow you have slow service and she said "well we were busy awhile ago".
I left CA a year ago and I still dream about this place
