I love this place; especially the breakfast sandwiches, but the last 2 times I went in there, they didn't toast the bagel like I asked- otherwise they'd get 5 stars. The corona & distancing doesn't help the wait & haste while serving. I get that. I still love it :)
So upset. I go in to order an egg bagel and I am told it was a summer item and has been discontinued. Wake up Brueggers! Egg, plain, raisin and everything are STAPLE BAGELS! You do not discontinue those. You are losing a great customer as I go two to three times a week.
Inefficient service especially with TAKE OUT , MOBILE ORDERS. however, sandwiches are very good
