I love Brueggers Bagels, but this location really needs to improve their customer service and speed. It really bothers me when I arrive in the morning and of the entire staff working, there is only one person taking orders/making food. This is inefficient and slow (which is frustrating, especially when I'm trying to pick up a quick breakfast for the office).
