I ordered an everything bagel with onion cream cheese on the side. I got a plain bagel, with onion cream cheese, in a sandwich. I brought it back, got an everything bagel with plain cream cheese on the side. I brought it back and grudgingly got the onion cream cheese.
A big shoutout to "Tiffany" who was such a sweetheart today when I went here. Bruegger's were already my favorite bagels, but receiving great customer service made things even better. I hope Tiffany gets the kudos she truly deserves. I'll be back!
This is my go to for bagels. They close at 2 so you have to get there early to get what you want. I usually come on my way to work during the week, usually between 7:30-8a. I get the poppy seed. I do love their poppy seed. It's better than any other place that sells it.
