My Doodle crossed over the Rainbow Bridge December 29th, 2017. I received a condolence card in the mail today. Eric, Barbara, and staff demonstrated great compassion and understanding. I would recommend Bruechner Animal Hospital to anyone for all their furbabies needs!!
I love Dr. Bruechner and his staff! They are so gentle with my dogs and put time into the diagnosis. They are also very accommodating with their time when you let them know the severity of the issue.
I really didn't want to give them that one star. Took my dying kitten to them and they told me there was nothing they could do because the Dr was in surgery with another animal. They were going to make me sit in the waiting room and let my kitten die. I walked out I took my kitten to another vet where there the Dr. was busy as well, but the vet tech looked at my kitten, and give him medical support until the Dr. was available. I am very sorry I was in the middle of surgery when you came in clinic without warning with your sick kitty. My three techs were busy as well, being Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day. I am glad to hear your kitty is doing better. I would suggest the next time you think you have an emergency, you at least contact your veterinary hospital to make them aware of the situation.
Very professional and courteous. Worth the extra drive.
