I can't recommend doing business with this company and would worry about it if I were you. I came on to do work for this company twice as an IT Consultant. the second time I worked up a proposal for a back up system that fit Howie's lack of tech expertise but filled a need at the inexpensive rate he prefers. That shouid have been foreshadowing of things to come as when I sent the bill over, he had his secretary send an email saying he offers 20% of your rate take it or leave it.
