Fast and did a great job
My septic developed a clog & backed up into my basement (3 years ago) The company that inspected & pumped my septic 4 months beforehand were too busy to help me. So, I called a reputable plumbing service who referred me to Doug. He came out within an hour of my call. He did a great job, and I was very impressed with him & his pricing. I definitely reccomend him.
We contacted Bruders for cleaning out a pipe. He stated he would try and get there that afternoon so we waited around the house. He never showed or called to let us know he wouldn’t be able to get there that day. We called him the next morning and he said again he would try and get there that day. Never showed again and no call. Finally got him to say he would make us his first appointment today at 8am. Once again no show and no call. This family owned business is amazing! We highly recommend them. They came for an emergency call and just offerred to come right away. Thank goodness because we had some pipe blockage on and off again for months. Two other plumbers came and only partially fixed it. Bruder's sewer came and fixed it completely. They were so responsive and reasonably priced we couldn't believe it. They are the type of people who stay until they get the job done.
