These people went above and beyond to help me. The air cooler in my 2024 volvo vnl860 blew a seam. They told me that they had this part on back order. However, their shop in Topeka KS had it in stock. The service Mgr left to meet the part halfway in Salina KS. Repair took approximately 5 hours, and I was back on the road. My heart felt thanks, and congratulations to the people in the service shop. Job well done

For the second time I had used Bruckner's location and pleasantly surprised again. Hopefully, it was not a co-incident :) The Bruckner's at Hays, KS is just outstanding. Even though they are closed on Weekends, they are there to help in emergency situations. We were just 30 miles away with DPF and derate Issues Saturday morning with the truck headed to Delaware for Monday delivery.
