Quick and efficient service. Joe is our technician today and he’s very knowledgeable about the trucks and equipment. He’s working unusually quickly to get our issues resolved due to the urgency of our load. You just don’t get good service like that anymore. 5 stars for Joe & Kudos to Bruckner’s.
Customer service department is great. Very professional
I had my carrier bearing go out on me Tuesday afternoon. I was able to bring my truck in and leave it at the gate Tuesday night. Other than it taking a while to get checked in by the service manager, the work was done quickly, efficiently, and right. The tech did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. When it comes to service, all the techs there are great and good guys. Would bring back here again.
These people went above and beyond to help me. The air cooler in my 2024 volvo vnl860 blew a seam. They told me that they had this part on back order. However, their shop in Topeka KS had it in stock. The service Mgr left to meet the part halfway in Salina KS. Repair took approximately 5 hours, and I was back on the road. My heart felt thanks, and congratulations to the people in the service shop. Job well done
